I T I N E R A R Y Day 1   Arrival at Islamabad, transfer to hotel Day 2   Fly to Skardu/drive to Chilas in case of cancellation of flight. ( Hotel) Day 3   Free day in Skardu or drive from Chilas to Skardu, overning in Shigar Fort Residence. Day 4   Drive to Askole (6-7 hours). ( Camp) Day 5   Trek to Jula (5-6 hours). (Camp) Day 6   Trek to Payju (6-7 hours). Camp) Day 7   Rest day at Paju and day hike. (Camp) Day 8   Trek to Khuporze (6-7 hours). (Camp) Day 9   Trek to Urdokas (5-6 hours). (Camp) Day 10   Trek to Gorro (5-6 hours). (Camp) Day 11   Trek to Concordia (5-6 hours). (Camp) Day 12   Day excursion to K-2 base camp, back to Concordia. (Camp) Day 13   Rest day at Concordia Day 14   Trek back to Gorro (5-6 hours). (Camp) Day 15   Gorro to Khuporze (7-8 hours). (Camp) Day 16   Khuporze to Payju (6-7 hours). (Camp) Day 17   Payju to Jula (6-7 hours). (Camp) Day 18   Jula to Askole(6-7 hours). (Camp) Day 19   Drive to Skardu (6-7 hours). (Hotel) Day 20   Fly back to Islamabad or drive to Chilas. (Hotel) Day 21   Debriefing at ministry of Tourism, Islamabad. (Hotel) Day 22   Return home

For most of the trek we'll be staying in tents. We will have a small kitchen tent for meals.

This trek is run by our in country team for groups smaller than 8. Unless on a bespoke trip where alternatives arrangements have been made.
